『ミシュランガイド京都・大阪2025』に掲載された京都エリアのうどん店は全1店で、すべてビブグルマン獲得店。昨年2024年の京都エリアのうどん店の掲載店から変更はなかった。

創業時はお茶屋や芝居小屋への出前が中心だった。芸舞妓から好評を博し、今は開店前に客が列をつくる。名物は「ねぎうどん」。京都の食材を生かしたいと九条葱を器一面に。やわらかい麺、だし、葱の三位一体が魅力。梅干し入りの「マリ」や鶏肉入りの「つのだ」は著名人が好みの具を加えて品書きとなった。
